FAQ
Everything you need to know before you enter.
What is Edge of Control?
Edge of Control is Australia's action sports club. Members get members-only content, early access to new giveaways, up to 20% off merch, and bonus entries into our members' giveaways for gear, bikes and more.
How does the membership work?
Choose a tier (Bronze, Silver or Gold), pay monthly, and you're in. You get members-only content, early access to new giveaways and a merch discount (5%, 10% or 20%). As a loyalty bonus, your monthly bonus entries grow the longer you stay: month 2 is double month 1, month 3 triple, and so on.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time through your member portal. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How are winners selected?
Every giveaway is live-streamed so you can watch it happen in real time. Winners are selected at random from all valid entries for that giveaway. We keep it fully transparent — no closed rooms, no hidden picks.
How does the prize choice work?
One winner is selected at random, live-streamed like every giveaway. Once you win, we contact you directly and you choose between Trek Fuel+ EX 5 Gen 2 Matte Olive, or $5,000 cash — you don't pick at entry, only after you've actually won. Pick whichever suits you best.
Who is eligible to join?
Edge of Control is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. The current draw is open to residents of QLD, NSW, VIC and WA.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) processed securely through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported at checkout. Your card details are never stored on our servers — Stripe handles all payment security.
Early access
Never miss a giveaway.
Be first to know when new draws launch — before entries open to the public. Plus get 1 bonus entry added to any purchase you make.
